The College of Engineering of National Chung Hsing University hopes to enhance the English proficiency of future engineers by using the two main principles of demand-driven supply and creating maximum benefits at the lowest cost. Hence Taiwan will become a bilingual country dominated by smart manufacturing.

1. Objective: Cultivating bilingual talents in professional fields, gradually promoting EMI, and establishing an environment for students to learn English. So that students can have a certain level of English proficiency.
2. Measures: Two major strategies of “Focused Development” and “Generalized Enhancement” are supported by recruiting bilingual talents, sharing resources, and conducting intercollegiate cooperation.
3. Benefits: Improve bilingual skills of government engineering staff and managerial level staff.
