📢 Rewarding the Participation in English Proficiency Tests 🎉

為鼓勵本院教職員工生提升英語能力，最高可獲 NT$11,000 英檢獎勵！

In order to encourage the faculty, staff, and students of the College of Engineering to enhance their English proficiency, you can receive an English Proficiency Test reward of up to NT$11,000!

🎯 獎勵對象 Eligible Applicants

• 工學院教職員工生（外籍人士限母語非英語者)
  (Faculty, staff, and students of the College of Engineering; for foreign nationals, only those whose native language is not English.)
• 需於 在學或在職 期間參加符合標準的英檢
  (Must take the qualifying English proficiency test while enrolled or employed at the College.)

🏆 獎勵標準 Reward Standards

📌 每人各級僅能申請一次，且下次申請須為更高級別！
(Each individual may only apply once per level, and the next application must be for a higher level!)

📌 英檢成績須於 2 年內申請！
(English test results must be submitted for application within 2 years!)

📝 申請時間 Application Period

每年 3/20、6/20、9/20、12/20 前受理申請
(Applications are accepted before March 20, June 20, September 20, and December 20 of each year.)

📂 申請資料 Required Documents

• ✅ 獎勵申請表
  (Application form)
• ✅ 教職員證或學生證影本
  (A copy of faculty/staff ID or student ID)
• ✅ 英檢成績證明影本
  (A copy of the official English proficiency test result)
• ✅ 個人金融帳戶封面影本
  (A copy of your bank account cover page)

⛔ 無法申請情況 Ineligible Situations

• ❌ 已獲本校其他英檢補助
  (Already received other English test subsidies from the university)
• ❌ 成績超過 2 年
  (Test results older than 2 years)
