The College of Engineering is going to hold an “English Corner: Thanksgiving Event” on November 27 (Thursday), 12:10–13:10, COE 726 Room, 7F, Applied Science & Technology Building. Students interested in attending are requested to submit their registration form by Tuesday, November 25th, so that the college can count the number of attendees and prepare meals accordingly.

Join us on the 27th for a festive noon of language learning and Thanksgiving spirit! Whether you're a seasoned English speaker or just getting started, this event is perfect for everyone. Here's what we have prepared:

1. Brief Intro to the English Corner and Thanksgiving
2. Snack Exchange – Experience a variation of Thanksgiving traditions as we learn new vocabulary while sharing snacks! Bring your favorite snack or treat to share with fellow students.
3. Thanksgiving-themed Activities – Practice your English skills in a short group activity.
4. Engaging Conversations – Meet new friends and practice your English in a relaxed, friendly environment, with Thanksgiving-themed discussion topics.
