To assist the schools and colleges that getting the grant of "The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College" to evaluate students' English speaking and writing ability and as a reference for EMI courses and English-improve courses. The Ministry of Education (MoE) invited the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and the Language Training & Texting Center (LTTC) to build the question bank and the testing system jointly.

The pre-test, which confirms the difficulty of the question bank and the testing system, will be held in September and need our university and the students' help.

Participants of the pre-test:

Authorities will randomly pick up about four hundred students from the first-year to third-year college and the first-year graduate school students studying EMI courses in the 2nd semester of the 110th academic year.

Date of the pre-test:

The pre-test will hold in the first two weeks of the next semester and will cost half of the day, which can applicate as an official leave.

Results of the pre-test:

Authorities will finish analyzing the test results in January next year. The analysis result will be the reference for the formal test and not disclose any identifiable school and student information.
